Shannonvale Tropical Fruit Winery. Near Port Douglas. Tropical North Queensland. Medal winning wines from Mango, Lychee, Black Sapote, Jaboticaba, Caimito, Oranges, Jakfruit, Soursop, Ginger, Lime, Passionfruit.
The owners are Tony and Trudie Woodall. Our Wine Consultant is Brian Wilson. We are located 20 minutes from Port Douglas.
We make Medal Winning wines from tropical fruit which at this time are Mango, Lychee, Grapefruit, Caimito, Jaboticaba, Lime, Passionfruit, Oranges, Black Sapote, and Ginger, Jakfruit, Soursop, Guava.
We make a large range of wine styles including Dry wines, Medium and Dessert, 3 different Ports finishing with a big Ginger.
We grow all of the fruit in our Orchard and we show you the actual tropical fruit depending on the season or photos of the fruit and talk about what country they come from, the foods to have with the wines and recommendations for restaurants in Port Douglas.
